Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons in respect of the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data and to abrogate Directive 95/46/CE ("GDPR”).

Your personal data are collected by the personal data operator, the undersigned The Feminine Production LTD with the corporate seat in Bucharest, Romania, 68 Aviatorilor Bdv.

This information regards all the personal data collected by The Feminine Production LTD, with a view to performing the process of registration for the Rite of Passage into the Mature Feminine workshop.

For us, at The Feminine Production LTD, the protection of personal data is very important and we are treating it as such.

Therefore we are guaranteeing that we shall take all the necessary measures for ensuring the security and confidentiality of the processed personal data and for the processing of such data according to the applicable legal provisions and exclusively for the purposes stated below.

We are collecting only the personal data you are voluntarily providing us by your registration to the Rite of Passage into the Mature Feminine workshop.

Your personal data is necessary for us to create a roadmap for success and keep the communication flowing for the duration of the program.

Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively in the scopes stated by this Information Note and only pursuant to a legal processing ground, as stated by the applicable legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data.

Your personal data is processed in the scope of organizing the sessions of the Rite of Passage into the Mature Feminine program, assessing your progress and assure the correct recurrence of the payment. 

Supplying your personal data such as name, surname, sex, age, ID number, nationality, bank account, address, telephone, email, image, and signature, represents a contractual obligation or a necessary obligation for the conclusion of any agreement. Therefore supplying this information is compulsory and the failure to observe these requirements leads to the impossibility of the conclusion of an agreement.

The legitimate interest of The Feminine Production LTD is for the conclusion of any agreements with the participants, coaches, and collaborators based on Art. 6.1 a - consent of the concerned persons.

Natural persons - participants, coaches within the program, collaborators, therapists, etc.

Identification data: name, surname, sex, age, nationality, ID number, education, bank account;


Contact data: telephone number, email, correspondence address;


Other personal data specific to a certain event (stated by the consent specific for the event);


Photo images, video, and/or audio recordings;


Due to the fact you are entitled to know the scope of your data processing, we shall inform you before processing your personal data in any other scope other than the one for which you have entrusted us with your personal data.

Moreover, we are adequately protecting your interests, rights, and freedoms. 

Your personal data is stored securely and protected during transit.

The data which are no longer necessary for the achievement of our scope shall be deleted.

The collection of your personal data is strictly necessary for the achievement of the scopes stated above.

Your personal data may be transmitted only in the scope stated by this Information Note to the following categories of receivers:

Companies authorized to deliver the following services – accountancy, IT, marketing, legal advisory, and distributors with whom The Feminine Production LTD has concluded services agreements;


Communication services suppliers of  The Feminine Production LTD (ex. ConvertKit.com, ClickFunnels.com, Zoom.us, WebinarJam.com, Google.com, Calendly.com, Meta.com, SMSO, Clicksend.com);

We mention that The Feminine Production LTD has concluded with these receivers, agreements of personal data processing comprising mandatory clauses in respect of the insurance of security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data. You shall be notified in respect of any future disclosure of your personal data to any new receiver (either a private law subject or a natural or legal person or public authority or any other body),  except for the situation when such a transfer or disclosure is expressly provided by the European Union law or the national legislation;


Your personal data shall be sent to a third-party country or international organization with the scope to be processed and analyzed within the scope of the project.

In consideration of the importance of your personal data, The Feminine Production LTD shall take all the technical and organizational measures considered necessary in this regard. 

If we should discover an incident in respect of the security of personal data which may entail a risk to your rights and freedoms, we shall notify the National Authority for Supervision of Personal Data Processing („ANSPDCP”) within the legal term of 72 hours. Moreover, you shall be informed personally in respect of the security incident if this is of nature to present a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

In relation to the operator and in respect of the personal data supplied, you have the following rights:

The right to obtain from the operator a confirmation if your personal data are being processed or not;


The right to access the following information: the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data envisaged; the receivers or categories of receivers to which the personal data were or follow to be disclosed; when possible, the period for which the data are envisaged to be stored or if this is not possible, the criteria used to establish this period; 


The right to request the operator to rectify or delete the data or the right to restrict the processing of personal data (the rectification of incorrect, inexact, incomplete, or not updated data, as well as the deletion of your personal data, in case the further processing is no longer necessary or when it was withdrawn the consent for processing these data for which this consent was priory given.  The personal data stored according to the legal provisions cannot be deleted);


The right to oppose the processing; 


The right to obtain the restriction of processing the personal data – in the situations provided by the law you may request the restriction of your personal data processing;


The right to transfer your personal data – a copy of your processed personal data which are being processed by The Feminine Production LTD may be transferred upon your request to yourself or to another data operator;


The right to file a complaint with the supervising authority; in case the personal data are not collected from the envisaged person, any information regarding the source thereof; the existence of an automatized decisional process including the creation of profiles, as well as pertinent information regarding the used logic and the importance and envisaged consequences of such processing;


The right to deletion of data or „the right to be forgotten”;


The right to restrict the processing in the following situations: when the challenge to the accuracy of the data (the restriction of the processing shall take a period which will allow the operator to check the correctness of the data), when the processing is illegal and you oppose to the deletion of data, requesting in exchange to restrict the use thereof; when the operator no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but you request them in order to exercise a right in court;


The right to oppose the necessary processing in order to fulfill a task that serves a public interest or which results from the exercising of public authority with which the operator is invested or the necessary processing with the purpose of legitimate  interests pursued by the operator or by a third party, as well as the creation of profiles pursuant to these provisions;


The right to not make the object of a decision based exclusively on the automatic processing, including the creation of profiles, except in the cases in which such processing is necessary to conclude or perform an agreement, when it is authorized by the European Union law or by the internal legislation or when there exists the consent of the concerned person;


The right to object against the processing of your personal data – you may exercise this right in respect of the personal data in case these are processed legally grounded on the legitimate interest, public interest or if they have been used for the creation of profiles;


The right to withdraw your consent at any time, for the situation when the data are processed pursuant to the express consent (according to art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the Regulation) as well as in The situation where the personal data processed disclose race or ethnic origin, political opinions,  religious or philosophical beliefs or the affiliation of labor unions and the processing of genetic data, biometric data used for the unique identification of a natural person, data regarding the health, sex life or sexual orientation when the processing of this data is performed pursuant to the explicit consent.  The right to withdraw your consent in respect of the processing of your personal data for recruitment, participation or registrations to future programs of THE FEMININE PRODUCTION LTD  may be expressed at any time and leads to the elimination of your personal data from our database as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days;


The right to file a complaint before a supervising authority.


Should you have any questions or queries regarding the processing of your personal data or should you wish to address a question and/or request, as well as should you wish to exercise any of your rights in respect of the processing of your personal data, please send us an email to [email protected] or directly to our office address in 68 Aviatorilor Bvd., Bucharest, Romania.

The Feminine Production LTD shall carefully analyze each request within the shortest possible time, but no longer than 30 days. 

If we should find we need more information from you, we shall swiftly inform you in this respect and we shall inform you also in respect of the extension of the term for analyzing your request, if the case may be.

If you consider that The Feminine Production LTD failed to solve all your requests or if you are discontent with our responses, you can address them to the National Authority for Supervision of Personal Data Processing („ANSPDCP”) or to the competent courts.

Any amendment of the information in this Information Note shall be notified to you as soon as possible.

Your right under the law shall not be affected by any amendment of the Information Note.

This Information Note comprises serves for the information of the concerned person/persons in respect of the situation when the personal data are collected directly from the concerned person.
